    Do you use fresh or canned diced green chilis?

      I usually use canned. They’re a bit milder, so more widespread appeal. My mom actually dices up either canned jalapenos or canned hot finger peppers.

    Hey Beth, yup it always is. (don’t tell anyone, I like the cornbread better than the chili)
